Here is where the site organizers can get together and plan out all they need. We will even put a head organizer to watch over you all, and even assign things for you all to do, of course we will have a nomination!

Here is where the record keepers get together. They can talk about their work and make sure everyone is doing their part, make sure that you didn't skip anyone when you counted the members and such.
